কোরানের আলোতে ইয়ং মুসলিম সোসাইটির (ভদ্র যুব সংস্থা) ঘোষণাঃ
১। কর্ম মানেই ধর্ম। ভালো কর্ম=ভালো ধর্ম=আস্তিক; খারাপ কর্ম=খারাপ ধর্ম=নাস্তিক। কোনটা ভালো আর খারাপ কর্ম, সকল জাতির মুল ধর্ম গ্রন্থ উহার স্থায়ী সমাধান দেয়।
২। হিন্দু, মোসলেম, ইহুদি, বৌদ্ধ, খ্রিস্টান, শিখ ও জৈন ইত্যাদি যে কেউ আল্লাহর একত্বে বিশ্বাসী, নবিদের মধ্যে যারা ছোট বড় পার্থক্য সৃষ্টি করে না এবং আদর্শ ও সত কর্মী; তারাই আল্লাহর পছন্দনীয় এবং সৃষ্টির শ্রেষ্ঠ।
৩। ধর্ম-কর্মের বিনিময়, অর্থাত ইমামতি, ওয়াজ নছিহত, খতম তারাবী, মিলাদ মাহফিল, জানাজা, পীরের নজরানা, মাজার ব্যবসা, ধর্মীয় পুস্তক ব্যবসা, মসজিদ ব্যবসা ইত্যাদি হাদিয়া বা মজুরি গ্রহন বা প্রদান উভয়ই হারাম। এদের অনুসরণ করা কোরানে কঠিন নিষেধ।
৪। শুধু ওয়াজ নছিহত, বক্তৃতা, দৈহিক আকার-আকৃতিতে ধর্ম রক্ষা হয় না। ধর্ম রক্ষা হয় চরম বিশ্বস্থতা এবং আদর্শ ও সত্য কর্মে।
৫। ধর্মগ্রন্থ না জেনে, না বুঝে, শুধুই পড়া, মুখস্ত করা অথবা শোনায় কোন ছোয়াব (লাভ) নেই। ছোয়াব হয় তখনই যখন তা পড়ে-জেনে-বুঝে বাস্তব জীবনে প্রতিফলন ঘটায়।
৬। ব্যক্তি ও দলের রচিত উপ-ধর্ম গ্রন্থ, যথা: হাদিছ, ফেকহা, এজমা, কেয়াছ, ফতোয়া, উপনিষদ, টেস্টামেন্ট ছেড়ে যার যার মুল ধর্মগ্রন্থ অনুসরণ করলে, সাম্প্রদায়িক সমস্যা তথা বিশ্ব সমস্যা সমাধান অনিবার্য। মুলতঃ মানব ধর্মে কোন সাম্প্রদায়িকতার স্থান নেই।
৭। আল্লাহর দেয়া সকল ধর্মই ইসলাম ধর্ম। সকল নবিই বিশ্বনবি। সকল ঐশী গ্রন্থই পূর্ণ। নবিদের মধ্যে ছোট বড় বা সাম্প্রদায়িক- আন্তর্জাতিক ইত্যাদি পার্থক্যজ্ঞান করা কুফুরী।
৮। তাওরাত, যাব্বুর, ইনজিল মানেই কোরান; বেদ, গীতা, শ্রুতি, শ্লোক, ঋক, সাম মানেই কোরান; আর কোরান মানেই অতীতের সকল ঐশী গ্রন্থসমুহ। একের সঙ্গে অন্যের কোনই পার্থক্য নেই।
৯। ঐশী গ্রন্থ তথা কোরানের ব্যাখ্যা কোরান নিজেই; এর সঙ্গে হাদিছ, ফেকহা, উপনিষদ, টেস্টামেন্ট ইত্যাদি দু’নম্বরি মনুষ্য রচিত গ্রন্থের শরিক করার অর্থই স্বয়ং আল্লাহর সাথে শরিক করা; যা ক্ষমার অযোগ্য।
১০। ধর্ম-কর্মের ভাষা, ফেরেস্থার ভাষা, কবর [?] কেয়ামতের ভাষা, বেহেস্ত-দোযখের ভাষা, আল্লাহর ভাষা যার যার মাতৃভাষা। মুলতঃ আল্লাহর ভাষা ধ্যান-সাধন, ভাব, সুর, ছন্দ ও বিজ্ঞান, কারিগরী।
১১। শীয়া, সুন্নী, ওহাবী, আহমদিয়া তথা হানাফী, শাফেই, হাম্বেলী, মালেকী ইত্যাদি এবং বিভিন্ন জাতির অনুরূপ দল উপ-দলের উপর নবি-রাছুলদের কোনই দায়িত্ব নেই। ধর্মকে যারা খন্ড বিখন্ড করেছে এবং দলে দলে ভাগ হয়েছে; তারা নবি রাছুলদের শাফায়াত বহির্ভূত।
১২। সুন্নত অর্থ বিধান বা আইন। আল্লাহ নবি-রাছুল মনোনীত করে আল্লাহর সুন্নত প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন। নবি-রাছুলগণ আল্লাহর নির্ধারিত সুন্নতের বাইরে তিল্ পরিমাণ কথা বা কাজ করেন না এবং করেন নি। আল্লাহর সুন্নত ও নবিদের সুন্নতে পার্থক্য করা কুফুরী।
১৩। মদ, প্রাকৃতিক মরা জন্তু, শুকরের মাংস, টাটকা রক্ত, আল্লাহর নাম ছাড়া অন্য নামে যা উৎসর্গ করা হয় এবং সুরা মায়েদার ৩নং আয়াতে বর্ণিত বিষয় ছাড়া সকল জাতির খাদ্য সকল জাতির জন্য বৈধ।
১৪। প্রচলিত তালাকি প্রথা হারাম। বাকি মোহরানায় বিয়ে প্রথা হারাম। প্রথম কাজিনদের মধ্যে বিয়ে প্রথা হারাম। প্রাকৃতিক ও বিশেষ কারণ ছাড়া সাধারণত একাধিক বিয়ে প্রথা হারাম। আল্লাহর একত্বে বিশ্বাসী সকল জাতির সঙ্গে বিয়ে প্রথা হালাল।
১৫। নামাজে যা বলা হয় তা না বোঝা পর্যন্ত নামাজে যাওয়া আল্লাহর কঠিন নিষেধ। সকল নামাজের আবৃত্তির স্বর-শব্দ অবশ্যই সমমানের হতে হবে। কখনও উচ্চ স্বরে, আবার কখনও মনে মনে উচ্চারণ বৈধ নয়। যে কোন আয়াত আবৃত্তিও বৈধ নয়।
১৬। ধর্মা-ধর্মে মত পার্থক্য থাকলেও ঘৃণা, অহংকার বা গোলযোগ সৃষ্টি অথবা আক্রমণ হারাম; যতক্ষণ না আক্রান্ত হয়। আক্রমণ করার অর্থই আক্রান্ত হওয়ার অনুমতি প্রদান। ধর্মে কোন প্রকারের যবরদস্তি নেই। ধর্ম চিরকাল ও চূড়ান্তভাবেই নিরপেক্ষ, সাম্যবাদ তথা মানবতাবাদ।
১৭। রক্তের সম্পর্কের চেয়ে সত্য, ন্যায় ও মানবতার সম্পর্কই ধর্ম ও শান্তির মুল।
১৮। মনুষ্য জাতির জন্মের সুত্র এক, পরিণতিও এক; স্রষ্টাও একক ও অভিন্ন। অতএব, জন্ম-মৃত্যুর মাঝে একাধিক ধর্ম বিশ্বাস অযৌক্তিক।
১৯। স্রষ্টা সৃষ্টের সম্বন্ধ যতদিন বহাল থাকবে; জন্ম মৃত্যু যতকাল চলতে থাকবে; ততকাল যাবত অতীতের মতই নবি- রাছুল হতেই থাকবে।
২০। প্রচলিত মৌলবী, মাওলানা, ছাঈদী ইত্যাদি খেতাব প্রকাশ্য শেরেকী তথা কুফুরী।
২১। প্রচলিত সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি ও জুমা বা সমাবেশ শুক্রবার এবং মিলাদ বৈধ নয়; রোজা, ঈদ ইত্যাদি যাবতিয় ধর্মীয় অনুষ্ঠানাদি স্ব-স্ব দেশ, পরিবেশ ও সৌর হিসাব অনুযায়ী অবশ্যই পালনীয়; হজ্জের বৈশিষ্ট্য ও দিন তারিখ বৈধ নয়।
২২। যে সরকার, বিরোধী দল উপ-দলের সত্য সুন্দর ও কল্যাণকর কাজের সমর্থন ও সহযোগিতা করে না, তারা যেমন বিধর্মী; তদ্রুপ যে সকল িরোধী দল সরকারের অনুরূপ কাজে সাহায্য ও সহযোগিতা করে না, তারাও তদ্রুপ বিধর্মী।
২৩। দলতান্ত্রিক কথিত গণতন্ত্র প্রকৃত গণতন্ত্রের ঘোর বিপরিত। বিশেষ করে তৃতীয় বিশ্বের স্থায়ী অশান্তি ও অবক্ষয়ের সর্বপ্রধান কারণ দলতন্ত্র; সুতরাং অবিলম্বে যাবতিয় দল-উপদলগুলি নির্মূল করে প্রকৃত গণতন্ত্র বলবৎ করা উচিৎ। দলতন্ত্র মানেই দলের স্বার্থ।
২৪। প্রধানতঃ পেট ও পিঠের সমাধিকার বাস্তবায়ণ না করা পর্যন্ত ব্যক্তি, পরিবার, সমাজ, দেশ তথা বিশ্বে ধর্ম ধর্ম বিশ্বাস ও শান্তি প্রতিষ্ঠা অবাস্তব কল্পনা মাত্র।
উল্লেখিত ধারাগুলি কোরানের যুক্তি প্রমাণসহ লিখিত; উহার কিছু সরাসরি সুত্র এবং কিছু তথ্যসুত্র। অতএব, কেউ প্রতিবাদ করতে চাইলে, তা অবশ্যই কোরানিক যুক্তি প্রমাণ দিয়েই করতে হবে। কারণ: কোরানের বাণী মহানবির নামে রচিত [তার ওফাতের প্রায় ৩০০ বছর পরে] এবং মহানবি স্বয়ং ও তার ঘনিষ্ট সাহাবাগণ কর্তৃক অন-অনুমোদিত প্রচলিত হাদিছ, ফেকহা, ফতোয়া ইত্যাদি দু’নম্বরী মনুষ্য রচিত শরিয়ত দিয়ে কর্তন করা কুফুরী বটে!
মৌলবাদ যে আল্লাহ-রাছুল তথা কোরানিক ধর্ম নয়, উল্লিখিত ধারাগুলিই তার প্রকাশ্য প্রমাণ। এ আয়াতগুলি হাজার বছরের অধিক কাল থেকে শরিয়তী সমাজ জনসমক্ষে প্রচার করেনি বরং স্বজ্ঞানে গোপন রেখে মহানবির পবিত্র নামে মিথ্যা হাদিছ, ফতোয়া রচনা করে পবিত্র কোরানকে সমূলে গিলে ফেলেছে; আর আকার আকৃতিতে রাছুলের নকল সেজে ‘নায়েবে রাছুল’ নাম ধারণ করে রাছুলের গদি দখল করেছে। আপামর জনসাধারণের উচিত মাতৃভাষায় কোরান পড়ূন, বুঝুন এবং ধর্মের নামে সকল গ্রন্থাদি একমাত্র কোরানের আলোকে যাচাই করে কোরান বিরুদ্ধ সকল হাদিছ, ফতোয়া, ফেকহা পরিত্যাগ করে আল্লাহ-রাছুল তথা কোরানের ইজ্জত রক্ষা কল্পে নিজকে ভদ্র, আর্দশবাদী বা মুসলিম গড়ে তোলা।
সতর্ক:
* কোরান অনুযায়ী যারা নির্দ্দেশ দেয় না বিচার মীমাংসা করে না; তারাই কাফের, ফাছেক ও জালেম। [৫: ৪৪-৪৯]
* সমাজে অশান্তি ও গোলযোগ সৃষ্টি করা খুনাখুনীর চেয়েও নিকৃষ্ট কাজ। [২: ১৯১, ২১৭]
Declarations of YMS In The Light of The Koran.
1. Work is religion. Noble work=Noble religion=Theist. Bad work=Bad religion=Atheist. That which are noble and which are ignoble, the principle religious Scriptures give its permanent solution.

2. Those who believe in the unity of God and noble, truthful, honest, pure and steady worker in the path of God and the best among the creation. Whether Hindu, Muslim, Buddha, Jews or a Christian has his place in the kingdom of God.

3. Those who accept money in the name of any religious work are impious in real sense of the term. God strongly prohibits the following of such people.

4. By sermon or keeping a religious form in outward appearance, one cannot claim to be savior of religions. Sanctity of religious preservation rests on a clean ethical knowledge, extreme obedience, idealism and noble activities.

5. By reading, hearing or memorizing only any religious scriptures, no reward of Heaven can be expected. Until the lesson stand for appropriate understanding and execution in day to day activities.

6. Man made sub-religious books such as Hadit, Tradition; Testaments should be replaced by the original Books of the religious scriptures and followed. That means sectarianism should be abolished for solving greater world problems. Basically there is no room for communalism in humanism or Islamism.

7. All religions, revealed from God are Islam. All Prophets are universal Prophets. All Godly Books are completed. It is a great sin to make any difference among them.

8. The Torah, The Jabbur, The Engil (Gospel), all mean The Koran; The Vedah, The Geeta, The Wrik, The Saam, all these also means The Koran. Al-Koran means all the principle Religious Books of the past. There is no difference between the one and the other.

9. The explanation of the Godly Book, The Koran, is the Koran itself. Any comparison of these Books with any second grade books, like Hadith, Fekha, Mahabharat, Ramayam, Chandi, Upanishad, Testaments etc. Will mean comparing someone with God, which is unpardonable.

10. The language of God, Angles, religious works, Grave(?), Kiamat, Heaven and Hell etc. are the mother tongues of each and everybody; Basically, God speaks in Rhythm, Harmony and Philosophy, Science and Technology.

11. The Prophet has no responsibility for Shiah, Sunni, Wahabi, Quadiani, Hanafee, Shafyee, Hambelyee, and Malekyee and for that matter similar other groups and sub-groups. Those who have tored the religion into pieces and divided themselves into groups and sub-groups will be deprived of the Prophets recommendation.

12. “Sunnah” means constitution, law. God selects His Prophets and through them established His Sunnah. The Prophets never do anything, however small it may be, against the Sunnah of God. It is a great sin to create any distinction in the Sunnah of God and His Prophets.

13. All types of food, with the exception of Liquors, Natural dead animals, Pork, fresh blood, meat of any animals sacrificed to anyone other than God, and everything mentioned under verse-3 of Sura Maidah are lawful to eat by all Nations.

14. The existing traditional system of Divorce is unlawful. Marriage with deferred dowry is unlawful. Marriages among the first cousins are unlawful. Generally more than one marriage at a time is unlawful, unless it is essential due to natural and exceptional circumstances. Marriage is lawful among all the people who believe in the unity of God.

15. God has strictly forbidden standing for prayer unless one understands what is said in the prayers. The sound of recitation must be uniform in all prayers; neither loudly nor silently, but middle path only. It is also unlawful to recite any verse at random in prayers.

16 Although there are differences of opinion among various religions, yet any hate, pride, creation of rudeness or attack on each other is unlawful, unless one is attacked. There is no compulsion in religion.

17. Basic relationship exists in truth, justice, honesty and humanism, not in blood connection and these are the roots of all religion and peace.

18. Source of creation of Human being is the same. End is also the same. The Creator is also one and unrelated. Consequently, it is unlawful to have faith in more then one religion during life time.

19. As long as there is a relation between Creator and creation and as long as life and death exist in the universe, then there must be continuation of Prophets from God as before. There is no logic and proof that divine guidance has stopped coming and besides mankind does not have power to stop divine guidance.

20. The weekly holiday, Assemble prayer on Friday and the so-called Millad are not legal. Fasting, Eid and other religious occasions should be followed by one’s national & solar year. The characteristics of so-called Hajj and it’s date are illegal.

21. The so-called title as Moulabi, Maulana, Sydee etc. are supposed to share in God, so those are strictly forbidden (Haram).

22. The Government, which does not support and cooperate with the truth, beauty and welfare oriented Programs of the opposition parties are anti-religious. In the same way, those opposition parties which do not help and cooperate with the Government in respect of the same types of work are also anti-religious.

23. Individual party basis so-called democracy is not democracy, rather it is against real democracy. The main causes of 3rd world’s infinite unrest & emaciation are the so-called parties. So, those must be abolished to establish real democracy. Party means party’s interest.

24. At least until & unless equal distribution of natural resources (mainly land) are not ascertained. No religion faith or peace can be established in people, family and nation even in the world.

All the above sections are written with logic, proofs and evidences of the Koran, some are direct & some are indirect form. Therefore, anyone who wants to question them, they will have to put forward arguments and proofs from the Koran. Because, it is unlawful (Harm) to cancel or ignore any verse of the Koran, by arguments from the Hadit, Fekha, Fatoa etc. which are second grade books written in the name of the great Prophet, after about 250 years of His death. And therefore, neither seen, approved by Prophet Himself nor by His four close disciples.

তাওরাত, যাব্বুর, ইনজিল মানেই কোরান; বেদ, গীতা, শ্রুতি, শ্লোক, ঋক, সাম মানেই কোরান; আর কোরান মানেই অতীতের সকল ঐশী গ্রন্থসমুহ। একের সঙ্গে অন্যের কোনই পার্থক্য নেই। কথাটি আমার কাছে গ্রহণযোগ্য হয় নাই । আচ্ছা আপনিই বলুন আপনি কোরান নিয়ে গবেষণা করেছেন এবং কোরানের আলোতে মানব ধর্ম সংস্কারের কথা বলছেন । আপনিই কোরানের কথা কথটুকু অক্ষরে অক্ষরে পালন করছেন এবং কোরানের আলোতে মানব ধর্ম সংস্কার করতে চাচ্ছেন ?

২। আপনি প্রশ্ন করেছেন “আপনিই কোরানের কথা কথটুকু অক্ষরে অক্ষরে পালন করছেন এবং কোরানের আলোতে মানব ধর্ম সংস্কার করতে চাচ্ছেন ?” ভাইয়া কে পালন করল কি না করল সে প্রশ্ন না করে আপনি নিজে পালন করুন । মঙ্গল হবে । আর কোরানের আলোতে মানব ধর্ম সংস্কার করতে চাওয়া কি অন্যায় কিছু? ভেবে দেখবেন কথাটি কতটা সঠিক বলেছেন । যদি কেউ কোরানের আলোতে মানবধর্ম সংস্কার করতে চায় তবে অবশ্যই তাকে স্বাগতম জানানো উচিত নয় কি জনাব?????

১. ঘোষনার একটি ধারয়ো আমার/আমাদের নিজস্ব বক্তব্য নয় বরং কোরানের। কোরান নিজেই ঘোষনা করছে যে, ইহা অতীত ঐশী গ্রন্থের সমর্থক, সমার্থক, সম অর্থবোধক য়ো সঙরক্ষক এবঙ ইহারই বিশদ ব্যাখ্যা।
২. ব্যক্তিগত প্রশ্নটি বড়ই জটিল। প্রচলিত শিয়া-ছুন্নী বা শরিয়তের দৃষ্টিতে বাসার অবশ্যই কাফের; কোরানের দৃষ্টিতে উহা বড়ই সন্দেহজনক। অক্ষরে অক্ষরে কোরান অনুসরণ বা পালন করার ক্ষমতা আমার হয়নি। যতটুকু হয়েছে তা আমাদের গবেষণা/প্রকাশনাই সাক্ষি/পরিমাপ করতে পারে।
